 brad paschke intracoastal realty

Brad Paschke is not only a resident of Carolina Place/Ardmore neighborhood, but he is a good neighbor too! He feels the same pride we all do about the tremendous sense of community that embodies one of the most desirable historic districts in downtown Wilmington.

Brad knows first hand that our neighborhood is a great place to live. Even as he walks his dogs to Wallace Park, he sees so many potential new neighbors longing to live in this precious gem of a community.

As home values continue to rise in the historic Street Car District, now is the time to contact Brad about buying or selling. He's our neighbor and a community specialist in real estate ... and he happens to be a really nice guy too.

end of days distillery

Logistically placed just outside the Carolina Place/Ardmore Residential Street Car District, End of Days Distillery (EOD) is within walking distance of our entire community. Located at 1815 Castle St., EOD is revitalizing another historic part of town known as the Art/Cargo District of downtown Wilmington. Located just a block and a half behind the 17th Street ABC store, the distillery will be the ideal place to enjoy libations with neighbors and friends.

EOD is Wilmington's finest grain to glass distillery, producing ultra-premium spirits from locally sourced farmers. Officially opening in January 2020, owner's Shane and Beth will be offering distillery tours, tastings and will host private events in addition to their regular hours of serving.

For art-toberfest 2019, EOD Distillery will welcome visitors for pre-opening tours from 1pm-5pm on the day of the event. EOD is excited to share the art of creating and distilling ultra-premium spirits in North Carolina. The first 100 visitors will receive a "token" of appreciation to redeem at EOD's grand opening in

*no alcohol will be served during EOD's art-toberfest tours*
