Brad moved to coastal North Carolina from suburban Chicago, where he and his wife owned and operated a pediatric therapy practice for 13 years.
Brad and his wife were Intracoastal clients before finding their current home in the Wilmington area. It was during this year-long, long-distance home search process that Brad developed his interest in real estate and a desire to join the Intracoastal team as his next career move.
Brad views his real estate agent role in only one way—listening to his clients, then doing the research and providing the direction that will not only put their minds at ease, but ultimately help them achieve their goal of becoming residents of an area that has so much to offer.
Brad and his wife Christie have a daughter who is a student at East Carolina. He enjoys scuba diving, spending time with his two dogs, Jack and Charlie, and enjoying all Wilmington has to offer—from the historic downtown district to its beautiful beaches.
Brad will use his experiences in real estate, knowledge of the local area, attention to detail, communication skills and customer service to create an environment where his clients may make the best decision regarding their real estate needs.
